KUFF Refugees and Minorities Solidarity Association 

Our organization, which has been continuing its activities as a youth organization for a long time, has completed the process of becoming an association. Our association is a humanitarian solidarity organization working on the problems of refugees, asylum seekers, immigrants, those seeking temporary asylum and gaining secondary protection rights, as well as those who left their country or place of residence for good. Our association is generally established with the aim of reintegrating the victims with language, religion, race, gender, war, natural disaster, political dissent and status problems to the society and ensuring their individual rights to be noticed by the society.

Working Areas of our Association

1- To contribute to raising awareness about the difficulties that refugees, minorities and migrants experience in social life,

2- To engage in voluntary work in order to create social awareness about the difficulties faced by refugees, asylum seekers, immigrants and minorities,

3-To work on the difficulties experienced by refugees, asylum seekers, immigrants and minority individuals and to contribute to raising public awareness in order to ensure their reintegration into the society,

4- To carry out studies in order to meet the basic human needs of individuals who are refugees, asylum seekers, minorities and immigrants, such as nutrition, shelter, health, education and work,

5- To determine the psycho-social, medical, cultural, environmental and economic problems of refugees, asylum seekers, immigrants and minority individuals, to carry out studies for the target audience and to contribute to finding solutions to their problems by developing voluntary projects,

6- To carry out activities to inform and educate the society about refugees, asylum seekers, immigrants and minority persons,

7- To organize educational activities such as courses, seminars, conferences and panels in order to contribute to meeting the basic human rights and basic humanitarian needs of refugees, asylum seekers, immigrants and individuals with minority status,

8- To support non-governmental organizations that work in order to better understand the problems of individuals with this status and to find solutions to these problems by using communication, and visual and written media to enlighten the public and draw attention to such problems.

Our association has adopted the mission of minimizing the problems faced by the nations living in our region and positioned them as a subculture, to prevent these communities from feeling socially excluded, for different cultures to develop tolerance and empathy towards each other, and to enable people from various cultures to gain the ability to live together.

Our Association's Objectives

1. To work for the protection of the rights and freedoms of the minorities,

2. To work for individuals from the multicultural culture to establish friendly relations with goodwill, understanding, and tolerance

3. To prevent people from feeling discriminated against based on race and ethnicity,

4. To work so that minorities have equal social rights with members of higher culture,

5. To work for minorities to maintain their own culture, to maintain their specific life traditions, to provide the necessary conditions for minorities to protect the essential elements of their identities, religions, languages, traditions, and cultural heritage,

6. To prevent minorities from being assimilated and losing their identity,

7.Supporting initiatives aimed at keeping the culture of minorities alive,

8.Working for social integration between minorities and dominant culture,

9. To take appropriate measures to protect those who may be exposed to the threat or act of discrimination, hostility or intimidation due to their ethnic, cultural, linguistic or religious identity,

10. To establish cross-border corporations for the protection of minorities
