The Erasmus+ KA153 Mobility of Youth Workers project "Pathways of Inclusion", coordinated by KUFF Asociación de Solidaridad con Refugiados y Minorities Solidarity Association, will take place in Madrid, Spain, from 5 to 11 October 2025. Project 2025-1-ES02-KA153-YOU-000297370 will bring together youth workers from Spain, Türkiye, Portugal, Greece, Hungary, and Romania to promote social inclusion through international cooperation and the exchange of good practices.
The main objective of the project is to enhance the knowledge, skills, and competences of youth workers in the field of social inclusion while promoting inclusive approaches that encourage the equal participation of young people from diverse social, cultural, and economic backgrounds. Throughout the project, participants will exchange experiences, explore successful practices from different countries, and develop innovative methods that can be implemented within their own organisations and local communities.
Beyond supporting the professional development of youth workers, Pathways of Inclusion also aims to establish sustainable international partnerships and strengthen cooperation among organisations working in the youth sector. By transferring the knowledge and experience gained during the mobility to local communities, the project seeks to foster more inclusive youth work practices, increase young people's active participation in society, and contribute to building stronger, more inclusive communities across Europe.
The project is implemented with the partnership of Vezirköprü Cumhuriyet Ortaokulu (Türkiye), AESS – Associação para o Desenvolvimento de uma Economia Solidária e Sustentável (Portugal), Youth Thessaloniki (Greece), Changemakers Debrecen (Hungary), and Grupul Tomorrow Hub (Romania), under the coordination of KUFF Asociación de Solidaridad con Refugiados y Minorías.
