Carlos Blanco Fuente is a dedicated filmmaker and communication expert specializing in visual storytelling for social impact. Through his work, he produces short films that highlight the challenges faced by individuals with refugee status, using audiovisual media as a tool for awareness-raising. These films are shared on the social media platforms of the association, reaching a broad audience and fostering discussions on refugee rights and social inclusion.

Having traveled extensively during his academic journey, Mr. Blanco Fuente has developed strong intercultural communication skills and fluency in English, which enable him to connect with individuals from diverse backgrounds effectively. His international experience and prior engagement with Erasmus+ projects equip him with the expertise needed to manage cross-cultural interactions and group dynamics. In the context of the project, he will play a key role in the preparation phase, overseeing the establishment of an effective communication network among participants, ensuring smooth coordination, and preparing participants for collaborative activities during the implementation phase.
