Our Project: "Cultural Compass: Navigating Diversity Through Communication"

Accepted in the first semester of 2024 and started with great excitement, Cultural Compass: Navigating Diversity Through Communication project was held between 29 October - 5 November 2024. In this project, we offered the youth workers the opportunity to explore cultural diversity more deeply and understand the values of different societies. The aim of the project was not only to improve the youth workers' intercultural communication skills, but also to become more open-minded individuals through empathy and understanding.

Together with our partners from Turkey, Latvia, Poland and Romania, we came together for an important social change by celebrating cultural diversity. Through group work, workshops and interactive activities, each youth worker had the opportunity to better understand cultural differences and develop a more respectful approach on a global level.

The project enabled the youth workers to develop not only their personal skills but also the necessary knowledge and skills to contribute to their communities. The youth workers became change ambassadors to create a more inclusive and tolerant society by bringing the knowledge and skills they learnt to their communities. This project was instrumental not only in individual development, but also in taking a big step forward in the social sense.

We would like to thank all youth workers, partners and everyone who contributed to the project. This experience together has been an important step to celebrate cultural diversity and promote social change.
